Privacy Policy

The short version: your cycle data lives on your iPhone. We never receive it. There is no account and no login.

Lulu: Period & Cycle Tracker is made by Roadtrip Technologies LTD (“we”). Last updated October 26, 2026.

Your cycle and mood data

Everything you log in Lulu (period days and flow, moods, symptoms, notes, temperatures, tests and the predictions Lulu makes from them) is stored only on your iPhone. Roadtrip Technologies does not receive, store or see it. It is never used for advertising or marketing and is never shared with third parties.

Apple Health and Apple Watch

If you allow it, Lulu reads and writes menstrual data and mood (State of Mind) in Apple Health, and reads wrist temperature recorded by Apple Watch. You choose each data type on the Health permission screen and can revoke access at any time in Settings › Health. Health data never leaves your device through Lulu and is not stored in iCloud by Lulu.

Partner sync (optional, Lulu Plus)

If you invite a partner, Lulu stores a small summary in your own iCloud account and shares it through the private iCloud link you send: your name as you typed it, cycle day, phase and next period date. Today’s mood and tomorrow’s forecast are shared only if you turn on “Share today’s mood and forecast”; your estimated fertile window only if you turn on “Share the estimated fertile window” and your goal is trying to conceive. The fields are stored encrypted by Apple’s CloudKit, and Roadtrip Technologies cannot read them. Notes, symptoms, temperatures, tests, checkups and your history are never shared. You can stop sharing at any time in You › Partner, which deletes the shared summary.

Checkups and attachments

Checkup dates, results and any photos or PDFs you attach are stored only on your iPhone.

What we do receive

• Purchases. To check whether Lulu Plus is active, the app sends our server (Roadtrip App Hub) an anonymous random identifier created on install, the app version, and the App Store transaction data Apple provides for your purchase. It contains no name, email or health information. Payments are processed by Apple.
• Onboarding answers. When you finish or leave onboarding, Lulu sends the same anonymous identifier with your answers to the setup questions (for example your goal and which screen you stopped on), to help us improve the app. It contains no name, no dates and no cycle logs.
• Codes. If you redeem a gift or promo code, the code and the anonymous identifier are sent to check it.

No ads, no tracking

Lulu shows no ads, does not track you across apps or websites, and includes no advertising or analytics SDK that receives your health data. Lulu Plus subscriptions pay for the app.

This website

The free calculators on luluperiodtracker.app run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent or stored. The site sets no advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

Export everything at any time from the You tab (Export all data). Delete the app to erase everything it stored on your iPhone. Data you saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app. Stopping partner sharing deletes the shared summary from iCloud.

Children

Lulu is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
